Our monthly and annual maintenance retainer plans guarantee that our triage system and dispatch emergency network are always active and allocated to your property portfolio. Therefore, monthly retainer fees are strictly non-refundable once billed.
If you have purchased an annual retainer (triggering a 20% discount), you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused full months minus the discounted amount (i.e., months used will be recalculated at the full monthly rate).
Invoices for physical repair works, parts, and labour are generated based strictly on documented hours and material receipts. If a specific repair fails or is deemed substandard by our internal quality control before handover, the assigned contractor will return to correct the fault at no additional cost to you.
Monetary refunds for completed, documented physical repair work (e.g., plumbing fixes, decorating) are not provided, as materials have been consumed and labour executed. However, we hold our vetted contractors to strict guarantees, typically 6-12 months depending on the trade.
You may cancel your Mendra Services retainer subscription at any time by notifying your dedicated account manager via email or WhatsApp, or by cancelling directly in your Stripe customer portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date.
If you believe you have been billed in error, or if you are entirely unsatisfied with the way an emergency callout was handled, please reach out to us within 14 days of the invoice date. We view transparency as our core tenet and will review the photographic timeline and communication logs to reach a fair resolution.
